Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website or directly via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate
- You are willing and able to receive and pay for the order at delivery
- You understand that product availability may vary — we will inform you if an item is out of stock
Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices are as displayed on the product page at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of order.
Payment
Bonny Selects currently operates on a Pay on Delivery basis only. Payment is made in cash at the point of delivery. No advance payment is required unless otherwise communicated.
Delivery
We deliver within Bonny Island. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display accurate photos and descriptions of our products. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography and screen settings.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Limitation of Liability
Bonny Selects shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
