Welcome to Kolva. By browsing our website (kolva.ng) or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Kolva is a local online store based in Bonny Island, Rivers State, Nigeria. We sell premium jerseys and selected quality products, delivered directly to customers within our service area.

Orders can be placed through our website or directly via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate
• You are willing and able to receive and pay for the order at delivery
• You understand that product availability may vary — we will inform you if an item is out of stock

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices are as displayed on the product page at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of order.

Kolva Store supports both Pay Now (Online Payment via Paystack) and Pay on Delivery (Cash/Transfer at point of delivery) payment methods, subject to specific vendor settings.

For online payments, funds are held securely in escrow. The disbursement to the third-party seller (excluding our standard 8.5% platform facilitation fee) is released from escrow strictly upon successful delivery of the ordered items.

We deliver within Bonny Island. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

We make every effort to display accurate photos and descriptions of our products. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography and screen settings.

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Kolva shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
