- To process, fulfil, and coordinate delivery of Buyer orders.
- To manage Vendor inventories, track order splits, and execute automated payout disbursements to Vendor bank details.
- To secure Vendor portal access and record administrator audit logging.
- To resolve complaints, dispute transactions, or contact you regarding status updates.
Data Protection, Encryption & Privacy
We employ production-grade safety measures to protect sensitive database records:
- Vendor Bank Details: Settlement bank accounts are symmetrically encrypted using platform-level keys (`DATA_ENCRYPTION_KEY`) at rest in our database.
- Buyer Location Privacy: Customer delivery addresses are kept strictly private within our logistics division. These details are hidden entirely from third-party Vendors, who only see customer contact numbers to confirm pickup packaging.
Sharing Your Information
Kolva does not sell or share personal information for marketing. Your data is shared strictly in these situations:
- With Kolva-approved delivery partners to execute logistics.
- To process online split payouts securely via our Paystack gateway.
- If legally required by regulatory frameworks.
